For an online shop we connected Lexware Office, WooCommerce and Asana using Make: as soon as a new invoice is created, the workflow matches the line items with the shop products and creates an Asana task with product image, invoice number and source. Unclear matches go to a review step instead of getting lost.

Which workflows are worth automating?
Workflows that happen daily or several times a week and follow fixed rules – such as transferring invoices and orders, creating tasks or sorting enquiries. For rare one-off cases, manual work is often cheaper; we will tell you upfront.
Make, n8n or Zapier – which is better?
It depends on your tools, data volume and privacy requirements. Make is very flexible and visual, n8n can be self-hosted (your data stays with you), and Zapier is quick to set up for simple connections. We recommend the right tool after the analysis.
What happens if an automation makes a mistake?
Every workflow gets checks and notifications. Unclear cases are not silently skipped – they land visibly with a responsible person.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
We choose tools and server locations deliberately, transfer only the data that is needed and document the data flows. If data must stay in your own system, we use self-hosted n8n.
Do you only work in Reutlingen?
